My key work has been around air pollution and waste segregation, but I was also felicitated by the National Tiger Conservation Authority of India for being a 'Friend of the Tiger'. One of my noteworthy projects was 'Swachh Chetna', where I single-handedly brought together private, public and NGO schools to conduct cleanliness, awareness and plantation drives with the Delhi Metro, which signed an MoU with my initiative as our partner.

For over a year, I led a team of 40+ volunteers at Care for Air, an NGO working to combat air pollution in India. as their head of Operations and Community Engagement. He was also a V.P of drug discovery at Atherogenic Inc in Atlanta. He then became the CSO of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in the US and India. He is currently co-founder of a start-up biotech Reagene Biosciences in India working on COVID drugs and diagnostics. He has over 30 patents to his name is globally recognised as an Industry leader.

Dr. Ashwin Naik is the founder of Manah Wellness, India's leading emotional wellbeing platform helping organizations and individuals with emotional wellbeing support in an ever-changing world.
He has authored two books- The Healthcare Gamechangers, which profiles innovations around the world that have the potential to change the way healthcare is delivered, and #ChangeStartsYoung, a book about young changemakers who are starting as early as 11 years young.
