Consistency leads to habits. Habits form the actions we take every day. Action leads to success. We often complain of not achieving things in life- a job title, perfect relationships, a certain body type, etc. We tend to start off really well, we set our goals, have a plan in place, energy levels are high, and then two to three weeks down the line, things related to work, school, partners start to come up and we lose sight of our aspirations. Consistency is the key. One needs to prioritize the things in their life. I remember when I started on my fitness goal, I would wake and plan the whole day out and do the same thing every single day! From being consistent with my sleep pattern to my meals to my training. It is never going to be an overnight process, it would take effort and sacrifices and you should be ready to make them!
